After my recent break in my blogging carreer, I am back baby! (and yes, I know that was lame).
I hope that everyone had a great holiday and have an awesome New Year. I just got done watching the greatest show of all time...Scrubs, and am throughly enjoying what little time remains in my wasteland of a break. I have accomplished nothing but spending lots of money.
I bought a new iPod and then had to pay the $245 price tag on my College Comp. class. I hate money. I think we all need to eventually end up on an economy with no money needed. Well...with the value of a dollar going down like it has been recently...we may not have any money. Then we will all end up homeless, and cold...and hungry.
Oh well, this blog is totally pointless...It just getting me into the mood...if you know what I mean....
PS: The old theme is back up, too.

This goes back to this weekend when we had the Hicks family reunion. It was great and all except for the fact that we held it in the basement of a house. Due to a shortage of chairs I was forced to eat my room temperature pizza on top of a tin of popcorn that I had won (Whoopie...I haven't even cracked it open). Added to that there was no one that I knew, except my family that I saw everyday. So it was just my brother and I hangin out in the basement of my grandpa's sisters house.
I hope that your next family reunion doesn't end up with you eating pizza on a tin of popcorn.
And yeah I know, I'm a bad blogger...what are you gonna do...beat me with a wet noodle?

The title really has no meaning at all other than at the beginning of a Black Eyed Peas song (Bebot for those that have the CD) there is a 4 second tune that sounds really cool to me. If I ever feel like editing a copy of the MP3 for you guys, you can listen to the sound that makes me happy...I want it as a ringtone...really bad.
Well there is nothing really for me to blog about right now, other than that this wonderful painting to our left is done but Eric Joyner. He is also exhibited frequently on The Sneeze.
I created this image actually...well I just outlined it, put the stupid text in it and WHAMO!, you have a really odd picture. So over at Drury University my brother is currently working on making posters of this magnificent image so it will catch on and be in the cool. I hope so.
Yeah, that is my lame post for today...and if you feel like it, print this image off and give it to everyone that you see.
Here is some linkage to a larger version of it: Linkage

I don't mean to sound like a Grinch, but Christmas music drives me nuts. We have a radio station here that, as soon a Thanksgiving is over, they pump Christmas music 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Someone that works at that radio station facility has to crack at some point.
In my mind I see the employees walking around in little jingley, pointy toed shoes and Christmas hats drinking egg nog all day long. Then all of a sudden Hector, the tech guy, just loses it and runs around the office, shirt half off and screaming for it all to go away! Those are the things that if I saw, would make my day complete. On many occasion, I would like to do that myself so I could get out of doing some things.
The urge to act like I've gone mad occurs at work quite often. As soon as I set foot in into the door, all the energy in the world is sucked out of me. I could have been bouncing off the walls from having just drank 12 energy drinks and 5 double shot expressos from Starbucks, and still feel tired once I drag my ass past through door frame. The act of going crazy (A) would supply me extra energy and (B) they would let me go home (hopefully someone would drive me there).
- Listening To: Only - Nine Inch Nails
Yet another round of my rip off, Listen To This! Only this time there is only 5 songs. (I have a small music library, but I'm working on making it bigger).
- White Light - Gorillaz
- Bring Me Down - Pillar
- TV Radio - Mudvayne
- Sugar We're Going Down - Fallout Boy
- Stumblin' - Powderfinger
Okay that all of that for today. I am currently planning out a new post for later today. Classes were canceled for some weird reason, so I have all the time in the world. It only snowed half and inch last night, so it confuses me.

Man that picture makes me want to do something for the homeles right now. Crap, its 10:30 at night.
I remember awhile ago when I got up on winter mornings, I used to go toss my clothing in the dryer and wait for them to "iron out." Then, I would go and eat breakfast and freezing my ass off because the air vent pointed straight at me. Then I would go and sit in front of the dryer to sponge the heat off of it. I got to thinking about this yesterday and thought, "Man, I think this is how a homeless person feels. Only probably a little colder because their living outside and I'm in a house sitting next to a dryer waiting for my brother to get out of the shower."
I just plain feel sorry for homeless people. It's not like it is always their fault. Yeah, there are those people that just suck money from the government, making us pay more in taxes to support their lazy ass while we work ours off, but the people that actually managed to get sucked into a spiraling vortex of poverty.
It's really mind-blowing to think how they live like that from day to day, and how much we take things for granted. So next time you sitting in front of a dryer feeling sorry for yourself, just think about Homeless Bob who is sitting in an alleyway freezing to death.
The moral of this story: Next time don't try to walk as fast as you can past the people ringing the bells for the Salvation Army so you dont have to give money. If you do, just remember that Homeless Bob, and all his buddies, think your an asshole. This is A.K.A., give a little to the poor.
Man that was deep...kinda.
